Store Policy

It is important to provide a valid email and phone number when checking out, this is how we will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order.  

All shipping is done through USPS; PO Boxes and APO addresses are accepted as a secondary field.  Additional shipping cost applied to ship out of the U.S.  Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.  

We are not responsible for any addresses that were entered incorrectly and checkout!  Please double check your information at checkout!!  A reshipping fee will be charged if package is sent back due to wrong address.  

Not responsible for package theft or damage. We inspect every item to insure your beautiful order arrives on time and correctly. Please follow up with USPS for theft or to report an issue.


You may return any unworn, unwashed clothing in its original condition, along with a copy or your receipt, for store credit only within 14 days.

Cigarette smoke affected items will not be accepted for any reason and considered damaged. 

Returns outside of 14 days will not be accepted for any reason. We have a small window for vendor credit and this policy allows for us to keep our prices reasonable.
